I was in Price Chopper on Glenwood today and observed the young lady who was overseeing the self check outs. I watched as she interacted with serveral elderly customers. She was teasing an old man about speeding in his cart. He was laughing and you could tell this was an ongoing conversation. I then watched her help an elderly woman with her check out and the woman was obviously very comfortable and smiling as well. She walked over to help me with my coupons and in the course of conversation mentioned that the man on the scooter and his wife came in all the time and they were just the cutest couple because they had been married for 75 years. She said I hope I find someone that loves me for that long. i told her from what i had observed that she will find someone because she obviously has a big heart. She thanked me and She said she loves helping people. What a joy it is to come in and find someone that not only wants to do their job but takes the time to help brighten others days. I didn't catch her name but I wish I had because she deserves to be recognized for her service. Kudos for hiring people like her that truly care about the job they are doing. For many elderly people this is their only outing. What a nice thing that when they come into the store they know that someone will speak to them and care about them. It really made my day.

Called the pharmacy More than once and the phone kept ringing 54 time's and not one person answered. Arrived in person only to be told "No prescription", answer your phone!!!!

Just stood in line for 45 minutes. Only one cashier on, a front end loaded with managers standing around talking and not making any move to get more cashierson or helping in any way. Left my cart, I'm done waiting for no reason and will never be back. It's obvious that they don't care how many customers are complaining about poor management and slow lines.

Hi, I shop at this price chopper all the time. My Neighbor gave me a few returnable bottles & cans. I got to the return area of PC, there was a man who had a lot of returns. He was very nice, He let me go ahead of Him. I got mine done. His Neighbor gave Him a lot a well. So, He had some in a grocery cart. That made the worker that was working on new years day turn into Satan incarnate. I gave Him my large bag to empty the cart out. The worker still would not help Him. So, I offered to return them. The worker was going to return them for me until He asked where they came from. I told Him then He refused to help. If I was the man that was returning the bottles, I would be VERY upset. I'm upset that you hire employees like that. I've managed and I would let go of workers for doing this.

Prices have gone up astronomically! Seriously, you can get Wegmans and Target for a cheaper price and that includes delivery and a decent tip for the delivery driver.

I am elderly and today I purchased several large cans of tomatoes and other canned goods. I forgot my grocery bag and the cashier asked if I wanted paper, as she was packing all the canned goods in one paper bag I asked if I could have 2 bags and she put another paper bag in with the canned goods!?!?!?!?!? I just looked at her and she didn’t say a word. At the time it was laughable, but when I got to my car I was angry as it started to rip and I still had to carry it in the house. Needless to say 3 trips!
