“Dr Brockway is an amazing vet who truly cares for the animals she takes care of. The staff there is also amazing. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for all you do.”

Cutler Pond Rd, Binghamton“I'm excited to be adopting a dog. The shelter is both sad and inspirational; all the love and care, is heartfelt. I am also going to volunteer, please do so too. I fell in love with Drumstick as you can see ? the reasons. She was adopted and I'm happy for her.”
“The lady working the fish section tonight was incredible. So insanely knowledgeable & helped me learn everything I needed to know about purchasing an Axolotl. I wish I would’ve caught her name, but she was wonderful!”
“We went here to wash our big dog hes around 60 pounds the only thing is if you have a great Dane or something over 100 pounds this place might be a little too small but you probably could fit them but it would be tight. It was pretty clean. There was a little bit of hair and little bit of weird green stuff on the floor. For $10 I thought it was pretty well maintained. I would just suggest them to maybe power wash it really well.I really like how they had towels for your dog and a bunch of shampooing option. But I they did have hair combs, but they were filled with hair I would suggest they have a bin for the dirty ones so dogs don’t spread fleas.I would come back!! ???”

33 W State St Suite 5, Binghamton“For a smaller pet store. This place has a lot to offer. We've been numerous times for anything from fish and supplies to getting our chinchilla. Very knowledgeable owners.”
“Certainly a little on the high side of the spectrum when comparing prices. Agway, in my opinion is justified in having higher prices because they offer a higher level of customer service. I only stray from shopping here and go to places like tractor supply when whatever i am looking for isnt available here and thats not very often. The only honest complaint or draw back that can be leveled at the company is that they close at 6pm except Sundays they close at 5pm. Not the worst thing ever but it makes getting there significantly more difficult than youd think”
