Save yourself some time and stop searching for roofing companies, these guys are the best. I needed a repair (water dripping ahead of my gutter) everyone wanted to give me a new roof. Mike came out, gave me a quote for fix and repair. We opted for the repair since the roof was relatively new. Cody and team blew through it in 1 day and cleaned it up like it never happened! Great work guys! I've already given 1 referral and they were as happy as I was with the service. Keep up the great work!

The team tackled a tough and unique roofing job with ease. They repaired a slate roof beautifully after taking their time to come up with a solution, and the results speak for themselves.
We will be using them exclusively for the rest of our home’s restoration.

I have 46 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. I am very particular about achieving a quality project outcome especially at my residence.
After vetting and receiving proposals from several experienced roofing contractors I selected Peranich & Shelp to replace my roof.
The 27 square roof required a complete tear and replacement with Certainteed Landmark Pro shingle system. An 8 person crew completed the entire project in 11 hours. Landscape an adjacent property was protected from any damage. The replacement roofing system was expertly installed and in accordance with the manufactures specifications. One of the owners (Cody) was on site the entire time overseeing the work.
The crew left my property as clean as when they arrived. All in all a 5 Star experience!

These guys just replaced our roof and gutters for a very reasonable cost. They were extremely responsive and professional. Completed the job in a single day and you would never have known they were present because they did such a great job with clean up as well. This company, the owners and entire staff from office to roof installers are top rated for a reason. If you want the best, call Peranich and Shelp and not be dissapointed in any way. My new roof was installed by pros and if I could give 10 stars in my rating, I would, in every catagory. Many thanks to them for the peace of mind having a secure, high quality roof protecting my home for many years to come!Service: Roof installation

UPDATE 8/13/21: After 2 additional follow up calls from the review I originally wrote below, Mike finally contacted me in July and scheduled a time to come over and look at our roof. Although he did not find a defect that he believed caused the original issue, he did attempt to reseal a section of the roof that appeared to have more significant wear than the rest of it. I appreciate his follow through on the warranty and apology for a delayed response to my multiple calls. I'm saddened that we happened to have such a bad experience when we've previously heard nothing but good reviews about Peranich & Shelp. May you have a better experience than we did if you go with this company.ORIGINAL POST 6/9/2021: For a company that claims to pride themselves on excellent customer service, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I first called Peranich & Shelp in April to see if our leaking roof would be covered under their warranty - as their website brags, "no leaks." I have numerous water drip lines on my office ceiling that beg to differ. I had to place a follow up call before Cory was able to schedule a time to stop by, but after that, he was quick to arrive and take a look at our roof. He advised he would need to speak to his father to review the issue further, but since April, I have placed at least 3 follow up calls with the promise that someone would be contacting me to further discuss our roof and as of June 9th, that has yet to happen.I understand that many of the construction companies are busy right now, but all I'm asking for is a timeframe of when I can expect a return call to let me know if my roof is going to be covered or not. If not, then I need to move forward in finding a different company that will actually follow through on what they commit to. What's the point in having a warranty if you don't have any intention in honoring it?Service: Roof repair

P&S recently repaired shingles, tin roof area and a few other things for me. I found Tom and his team to be very professional and respectful. I would not hesitate to call P&S again for my roof needs. Good Job guys!

Peranich and Shelp was highly recommended by our neighbors. We had watched their team strip off and replace a roof in no time flat with outstanding results so we decided to try them for our decks. It was a big job with initially 3 decks to be removed and replaced. Tom recommended we do stamped concrete rather than decking and referred us to someone else for that work. It's a good sign when a construction company says, "Your best solution is not something we do - see someone else for that part of the job." We followed his advice with great results. Peranich and Shelp tore off our existing pressure treated wood decks that were rotting. They replaced them with Trex composite decks that they helped us design every step of the way. They were lovely to work with always communicating about when they would be at our house and any time there were unavoidable delays they kept us up to the minute. The carpenters were polite and tidy. We are extremely pleased with their work and with customer service. We would use them again and highly recommend them.
