Not trust worthy. I asked for tape and the guy behind the counter said he'd tape my package for me (I should not of trusted him). Shortly after the receiver contacted me saying they received my box but it was empty. I contacted the manager but never got any sort of response.

Staff is friendly and service fast . When I asked to print few return copies - it was more affordable then UPS.1st was 1.89 I believe - and next and following only a quarter- while UPS charge 2$ for each! So 6$.. that's less than half price in pack & mail.. only $2.50.. very pleased ?

I had to have copies made that were sent to me on messenger that I had done a screenshot of and Sean was very helpful in getting them printed with ease...No more Kinkos for me

The owner is rude beyond compare. Hung up on me after he mishandled the packaging on an antique lamp he was to ship me. Glass shade was in pieces because he didn't package it correctly. After sending him photos of the damage, he refuses to provide any update on what is going on with the damage claim.

Pack and Mail has wonderful service, especially key making! If you need keys for business or personal reasons, I recommend their keys! It is very convenient to have a new lace in Endwell that provides this service, as well as package and mail service too. Thanks Pack and Mail!

I called and gave the person on the phone exact measurements and weight and told him I needed it wrapped and boxed. He quoted me $130. When I got there the price changed to $400. They told me it was because they had to wrap it and would need a bigger box. There’s not a box or bubble wrap in the world worth $270. I wrapped and boxed it myself and brought it to FedEx ground for $102.

Pack and mail’s location is very nice. Easy to get to right off of Main St . Compared to their Hooper Rd location I found it much easier to access. Their customer service was excellent and I was in and out in minutes. They have a great card and gift selection as well. Support local businesses!!

I've had an awful experience with this facility. They keep bungling receipt of FedEx packages delivered to them on my behalf. Previously, they couldn't find the package for three days after it was delivered. The latest incident involves them inexplicably rejecting delivery from FedEx of a very important and time sensitive package. The staff in a deadpan, nonchalant and incredible manner claimed that my company's name was not on the package, even though my first name, last name, address and mailbox # were clearly stated on it. FedEx apparently made multiple attempts at delivery and each time Pack & Mail rejected it. FedEx subsequently returned the package to the sender. Pack & Mail had only one easy job, and they couldn't do it!
