Visited here on 12/29 at 2:35 PM to walk in to cash a check but arrived with both doors locked and the staff acting like I wasn't there when they were STARING right at me. I didn't think lunch went on for that long at a bank? + There was no sign posted on either doors for the reasoning. I don't have a driver's lisence so I couldn't go through the drive-thru. My ride ended up having to drive me to the Vestal NBT and thier doors were not locked. I received the better treatment at that branch but received disappointment at this one.Edit: Still no response from NBT after posting my review. I won't be coming here again anyways.

What a great bunch of folks, never had a painful experiance with banking here! Joel is always helpful and knowledgeable, kuddos to this branch and the staff, highly recommend!

While no branch for this bank sticks out as bad, this one in particular sticks out as being exemplary. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. It always feels like the employees like their jobs and that does wonders with the atmosphere when I go in to do business!

My favorite branch to go into. They have the nicest and most helpful staff of any bank Ive ever used. Brandi today at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and accurate with my transaction.

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.

My boyfriend uses this bank and I’ve been able to deposit easily into his account. I don’t think they’re a bad bank and they have great access to ATMs. I have never personally used them except for depositing checks into my boyfriends account but they’ve always been pleasant.
