This is the worst bank we have ever dealt with. We have had numerous loans with them. Both commercial and personal. They have continued to raise our rates. Given us fees etc. They refuse to work with us and just say it's " the guys in Syracuses fault". Can't wait to have nothing to do with them. It is too bad they bought out Partner Bank ( which used to be a home town back). Anyone doing business. with them expect to have long waits and be screwed.

The worst Mand T branch in Binghamton , whatever you ask the staff will say ; I can’t call this number and do this and come later … i am gonna leave this bank and switch to another because of the staff at this location !!

06/20/2022 update: Redoing my original review and giving them one star due to inexcusably being closed all day on a normal weekday. Randomly closing contrary to your posted hours is pathetic. I shouldn't have to come all the way back the next day because of your incompetence. FAIL.Original review: This is a pretty nice and reliable M&T Bank location with a really nice interior, no real complaints other than that one of the tellers isn't the most friendly. Otherwise, great location.

I love M&T bank. I do wish the hours that they were open were a little more flexible according to my work schedule but oh well.

Now located in the old Binghamton Savings Bank building, M&T has been my bank for over 30 years. Always great customer service, whether in person or from a distance.
