My brother and myself drove down to Binghamton a week ago 2day looked @ a vehicle White GMC Denali crew cabe. Went to the bank 2day picked up the check this morning was on our way 2 Binghamton the guy told us a story about how he couldn't take the vehicle trade in because of the name of the title with no lien on it went 2 another dealer & the guy was like you never heard of that even the lady @ the bank said why you just didn't sign it over 2 them 09 With High Miles horrible business practice who does that . Think he's going 2 get more money & didn't want 2 take the trade it's probably what really happened you should have been a man of his word... Never Go There .

I bought a 2008 GMC Sierra from them in February, fairly clean vehicle for the year and what I was looking for in price and mileage. Only visible issues were that the drivers side door actuator was broken and the airbag light was on. I was guaranteed these would be fixed in our closing deal the next week I would just have to bring it to a shop of their choice and it would be fixed. The appointment was set up, but the wrong parts were ordered. So I went around and around for 3 months with these guys trying to get this fixed and on top of it all the parking break cable snapped the first time I used meaning they never tested it. I had an extremely unprofessional encounter one day with the father when I walked back into the place of business and "We aren't fixing it!" was screamed in my face. After writing a letter to get them to fix it before further action, I got them to have the door actuator fixed and yet still a part was wrong for the airbag sensor. If I hadn't moved out of the area I would have taken further action. My advice, if you see a truck you like there make sure they do the work before you leave with it, don't fall for their B.S.

I was looking for a reasonably priced used vehicle and found a listing on craigslist at MSM Auto. The car is exactly as they advertised. Very easy to set up a test drive. Sales person did not try to push the car (or any others) on us. They let us test drive the vehicle alone. Offered to let us take the car to our regular mechanic if we wanted to have it checked out before purchasing it. When it came time to do the final paper work they gave me a very fair offer on a trade in without any negotiating.
The office and lot location might seem a bit "rough" but the salesman was helpful and we wound up being extremely happy with our entire experience. They made everything very easy for us.

Bought my first truck from a dealer from them. Helpful in helping me through the process. Although driverside front tire had a slit in it when i drove off the lot (I must've over looked it when I was looking over the truck) and it goes flat every day. I called to see if they had an extra one kicking around, I wasn't expecting a new one, just one that holds air, they said I could come up and look (30+ min drive for me. Inconvenient for me for just 1 tire. I wasn't asking for much) or check craigslist. Other than that helpful. - Adam, Owego.

Do not buy anything from these people. I was sold a 2004 subaru STI and promised it would pass future PA inspection. The truth is the repairs to the vehicle will cost more then the price I bought it for. It was a complete scam. To top it off they blocked my phone number so I can no longer get in contact with them.
