I completely understand why you've closed down the bathrooms. Keep in mind there are people out there keeping power on, internet and phone working that don't have time to search for a bathroom. It would be great if you could extend a little courtesy to the men and women out there every day, in the thick of this mess. We don't have time to drive all over looking for a place to go.

So disappointed have had nothing but problems with them since i switched. First was we were not put in there system so i never got the upgraded tank. When i called them they acted like this was my fault. FYI they couldnt even find us in the system and was shocked we had there tank at all. Then they brought the bigger tank and then forgot to come fill it we had no heat no fuel for weeks when i calle d they were like oh we never set up your account your in there but your not a

I switched to Mirabito for better customer service. I purchased my new furnace with them. I Scheduled a cleaning in Nov. it gets cancelled and Rescheduled for a month latter to today from 10-2 pm. I call at 2 and was told they had it down as an afternoon appt and the tech is in Cooperstown now servicing a customer and will be at your place next. 4 pm rolls around and I get a call they have to reschedule. I tell Wendy you rescheduled my last appointment and would put a note to

OMG, well I had Mirabito come and service my heater, they assessed what they thought was the problem and “fixed it”...10 days later it stopped working, I called for service, they came and found a broken wire, and it worked for 6 hours.
