Michael is the most unprofessional insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He is arrogant and ignorant. I have never had an infuriating experience, a phone call to change coverage.Apparently Michael knows everything and everyone else is incompetent and stupid.I recommend staying away from this agency for your insurance needs.
