Don't waste your time going here. Long story short, I over paid, she wouldn't directly answer my questions. Wasn't going to give me the box for my phone, I asked for the receipt 3x and she wouldn't give it to me. Told me I could check my bank. Come to find out she charged me one price and reported a totally different price to Metro Tmobile. I was scammed! Absolutely Horrible experience. Now I have to go back to get a full refund! DO NOT make the mistake I did and trust this place!

Nakshi IS AWESOME!!! She was very, very helpful in getting my phone account placed on Auto pay!! She was also very patient and completely a great Customer service representative for Metro by T mobile. I will certainly buy my next phone from T- mobile.

Do not go to METRO PCS on 348 MAIN Street. The Agent behind the counter, a woman named Neksheba had very poor customer care training skills. Rude disrespectful and hardly ever answers the phone. Neksheba totally botched a simple process of porting my cell phone number to a new T-Mobile device. I had to contact T-Mobile's Office of the President to correct the entire transaction. It took 5 days with the help of the NYS Attorney General's Office to get my number ported

Cheap phones and rates if you can avoid the young lady trying to upsell you to the moon. Also, went looking for non-android and she sold me one anyway. Asked to have data and contacts put on new phone she mumbled something about fees or a tip. When confronted she did it snyway. Odd. Felt used after my visit.
