Tried to rip me off 25 dollars for new device fee to change sim card all you do is call Metro customer service they do for free and he lied when I asked him about it said they would charge less but not free sick of scammers

I've never had a worse experience they are thieves they cut my phone off even though I paid the bills, because I didn't get my upgraded phone from them because I found it way cheaper somewhere else. They are also Liars

Best place to come for a phone purchase or screen replacement. Very kind, extremely helpful, and quality service. Every repair I’ve gotten here has been excellent and they put a screen protector on for you which is very helpful. I’d say if you’re hesitant about where to go for phone repairs, this is the spot.
