Been going here for a while got my phone screen fixed. I had a screen protector but it was too small. I let them know I didn't want another one when they offered, the man said he'd give me one for free becausei was a regular. It was fast easy and I got a deal!

I never went to the place I was told over the phone buy some Asian guy to show up at the store he couldn't do business on the phone. I had explained that I am a 60 year old veteran with no license or car. I had no internet access nor do I know how to use it. He blew me off. Saying come to the store. Not answering my questions how can I keep my phone number and keep my phone? It is a moto Z4 top-of-the-line. I would like to keep that in my phone number. I couldn't get a direct answer from him. Only that I had to show up at the store. What good is that if they cannot help me?
