“I was really worried about being able to get a new oxygen concentrator for my husband when the old one started to go. I called lincare and explained my financial and insurance situation. The manager called me back and let me know she would be arriving at my house that day to replace the concentrator for my husband and that we would work on the financial end of it. She told me that the customer always comes first and I believe her because we did that day. Great people very understanding.”
