Prices are high on some stuff . Other than that the store is clean always has supplies in stock . Customer service and all employees are friendly , polite an they take you where you need to be.

I brought in my lawnmower about a month ago to be sent out and repaired by a third party company. I finally got the news that it was fixed and brought to the store. Although we called before and were told by a manager that we were all set, when we got there staff couldn’t find all of the items I brought in with the lawnmower. Then, Dennis comes over to assist us. He goes out of his way and makes multiple trips to wherever customer products are held. He was even stopped by another client in his process of helping me but he apologized to them and explained he was assisting me. Dennis went above and beyond to make sure I had all of my items and he was so kind about it, I can’t recommend him highly enough. I was finally able to mow my overgrown lawn!

I spent about a $100 today on Clarence plants. But that more than makes up for all the ones that I had to get rid of before my new move here from Texas. So I'm happy about that. I was told that they have. They add new plants to the shelves every other day. So I will be there again 'cause I am looking for specific plants.

We like this Lowe's, and always found they had the selection of products we need, at a location that was close to our home.
We just wish the My Lowe's Money didn't expire. On June 1st we tried to use the $20 we had accumulated towards a purchase at this location (and we spent a great deal previously to get up to that $20). The cashier that checked us out could not figure out how to apply the $20 to our purchase, would NOT get someone to help them apply the $20 to our purchase, and told us we can order something online to use the money. Well, the rewards (which have a quick expiration date) expired before we could go online to make a purchase. Not saying it's Lowe's fault, we could have remembered to go online to make a purchase as suggested, but the cashier could have easily asked for help instead of rushing us out of their line because they didn't want to be bothered.

Ordered flooring on June 3rd from someone who said he wasn't the regular guy due to the regular guy calling out that day. We were told that flooring would be shipped down from Ithaca to the Binghamton store by June 8th. Went to go pick it up June 8th and they couldn't find it, stating that it may be on the overnight truck for Sunday. Sunday comes, no order. No one seemed to know where this flooring was or where it was ordered from. We kept getting the run around from multiple people saying that flooring was in stock in different locations nearby and we could go pick it up. I canceled my order at the Binghamton location and was told today that Vestal had 30 boxes on hand. Yet, when we got to Vestal those boxes were actually on hold for someone else, not on hand. If that was the case, then they should have never been offered to us. While at the Vestal location, the flooring employee called to Ithaca who said they had 12 boxes. We only need 10 this entire time. So I ordered it so they would be ours and we would drive the hour to get them, only to get a text 3 hours later saying they were out of stock. Obviously Lowes employees do not have any idea what is happening within their stores and instead of finding a solution properly, they lie to customers. We won't be back and will be proceeding with our business with Home Depot instead.
