The only bad thing I have experienced is a long wait time. The staff are polite and skilled. The receptionist and registration folks are very kind. Always better to pre-register for time saving.

There was a wait time of about a half hour so if you are in a hurry, preregister first. I go with the intention of not being in a hurry so I don't mind waiting.
