This used to be a great hospital system now not so much. Rude hospital staff that keeps you totally in the dark when your family member is there, doctors that dictate the wrong information to people's medical records.If your family member is exposed to covid during their stay they will not tell you.. The whole ascension system is understaffed and unwilling to help if you call their offices with a problem..you are treated like the problem and they have an attitude like your bothering them. They should really retrain their employees on customer service because if I treated people at my job the way they do over the phone I would be fired. I am completely disgusted with the entire Lourdes network and will be looking into UHS for any medical needs I may have in the future.

3 virtual appointments and not one worked. First never called, second was literally 2 hours late!, third had me register and check in but never called. Ascension has really screwed what was once a great hospital system through their penny pinching.

Emergency room triage and nurses are rude!!! Seriously screaming at people!! This place is a joke! They were going to test my daughter when it was someone else testing that needed to be done. If you care about how your family is treated.. I do not recommend Lourdes hospital!!

I recently had Gaulbladder surgery.My arrival at the ER.was prompt and courteous.My room was on Ross 1.I got all my tests to diagnose my issues.I have gone home today feeling so much better.I wish to thank all the staff on how i felt like they were my family and their carring on my recovery was excellent.Hats off to the fine staff in all departments that i am doing very well.God Bless.

My Mom wanted to be treated at Lourdes Hospital but they Failed her. I don't have any good words, at this time, to say. I'm still so upset with the care she received especially in the last moments of her life in the ICU. I pray that Lourdes will start living by their Mission Statement-"we commit ourselves to serving all persons, special attention, spiritually centered, sustains and improves the health of individuals, compassionate." My Mom was a beautiful person and deserved to be treated better!Lourdes Mission Statement:"Rooted in the loving ministry of Jesus as healer, we commit ourselves to serving all persons with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable. Our Catholic health ministry is dedicated to spiritually centered, holistic care which sustains and improves the health of individuals and communities. We are advocates for a compassionate and just society through our actions and our words

Worst hospital ever! Only care about COVD patients. Chest pain and sent me home. If you want to die go there. All the nurses did was joke around at desk. Doctor was worthless. I hope I die so my daughter can sue!

Very rude to visitors and no compassion forpatint.My Patient is very young to have gone through everything she has had to deal with. I called do to uncaring nurses.That night she went through a 9 hour sergery.Now to find out one day after that suppose to be in good hands and she's not. If a family member could be there we would take care of her.Dr is good, nurses got there license out of a cracker jack box Volunteers are on a authority kick, can't just get someone off street and think they will be caring.

I am currently recovering from my third c section at Women’s and Children’s. From day one the ENTIRE staff has been AMAZING. Caring, patient, supportive....the list goes on. I want to specifically recognize MaryBeth, Jeanne and Courtney. MaryBeth is a fantastic lactation consultant- she made me feel so comfortable and confident in getting baby what she needs. Jeanne is one of the best L&D nurses I’ve met, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and has gone out of her way to help me in this process. Courtney is the sweetest, she always seems to be up doing something, ready to help with whatever is needed, her smile is beaming through her mask.

Funny how all of the complaints made do not get a comment from Lourdes to try and look into the complaint. Only the people that had a good experience here do. My mother spent two weeks here this month initially due to her blood pressure being erratic and while there her Crohn’s disease flared up which kept her there longer. She was readmitted over the weekend again because of the Crohns and needed an adjustment with the new meds she was prescribed. She was released yesterday.

Our daughter went there for treatment of the covid absolutely terrible care of their patients. This hospital stinks I would not even take my dog there for treatment. This hospital should be closed.

Horrible place. My son who is 2 fell and gashed his face open..fast track to ER and waited for 4hrs before anything. What sickos would let a 2 year old bleed out of his face in an ER that long?! Very unprofessional. Even Binghamton General isn't that bad. Should've known better. Family has had problems in the past with them.

I went to the ER and was admitted to the hospital in the afternoon. the nurses like to talk and complain about patients in their loudest voice all night long. Avoid this hospital!

Lourdes ER has been the worse experience the last three times going. It wasnt so much the care it was the waiting. My husband and i waited 3 hour in the waiting room before even being seen. And it was not the first time. It happens pretty much everytime we go to the lourdes ER. Now i pack a suitcase and something to do for the night because you will be there for more then 7 hours or longer Before going home. So if your not dying make an appointment.
