I had an extremely positive experience with Matt. He answered my many questions regarding the survey, the price, and related issues, all with patience and the utmost courtesy.The process itself is far more complex than I realized, and after seeing the work that it entailed I know that the price he gave was more than fair. For setting of pins (lots of field work to get to that point) and the beautiful and detailed survey map that was supplied, others wanted twice the amount.If you are looking for an honest business man with the skills the job demands, Matt is it. He is hard working, communicative, on time, and a great person to deal with.

I was impressed with Matt’s work. Beginning with a straightforward quote and contract, I knew what to expect along the way. The survey for our property was done professionally and promptly, and Matt took the time to answer questions I had along the way. The service is best in town. Very dedicated to fulfill client's needs - accurate, reliable & comprehensive property surveys. The map is indeed a piece of art. Ask Matt questions, he will answer them in detail. Once he gets his drones, I bet he will deliver 3D visualization to clients. Coming soon.
