Coming from a customer service background, my first initial communication was very good and organized. The second day I reached out for a follow up, the response was not respectful whatsoever. The girl at the front desk acted as if I was interrupting her morning routine. Every customer deserves 100 percent attention. When Im told phrases such as "Like I said"...yeah. that isn't acceptable at all. One should have empathy and respect. Smile with your voice. Not put your potential customers down verbally over the phone. At this point I will be taking my business elsewhere. Was trying to do some research on pricing and from a customer service standing, I'd rather pay more than be treated the way I was this morning. So Laura is supposed to be calling me back when it's convenient for her. Please don't bother calling.
