This is my 2nd time using Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, but this is a different location from the 1st one I filed with. The 1st location on main st is AWFUL! and I would advise to stay away. However, Mr. DOUGLAS was a gentleman and a very customer oriented professional. This was totally the opposite experience compared to the 1st filing. I take off my hat to you, Mr Douglas, who is kind hearted with the best intentions. I have come across a lot of people, but Mr Douglas is very unique and a cheerful person who makes you smile. I felt no pressure, or any reason to critique him. He is by far the best customer service I have recieved to date. I will definitely come back next year and I highly recommend this place to anyone filing their taxes. Thank you sir and god bless.Sincerely,Mr Velasquez
