The alternator went in my car. I reached out to several shops in our area, and they all had a 2-3 week wait time for service. I called J&A and I was able to get my car in the shop in less than 24 hours and have my alternator fixed. Adam was professional, accommodating and very easy to work with. I will recommend J&A auto to everyone I know.

My daughter’s car battery went on her last week and since she’s begun studying at Binghamton University, she hasn’t had any car trouble so we didn’t have an auto mechanic in the area… until now. I called up J&A Auto Repair and spoke to a gentleman named Adam. I told him what was going on with her vehicle and that she would go to him some time in the next few days for a new battery. Adam reassured me that he would take care of her personally and, according to her, he did. My daughter called roadside assistance and made her way there. She called me afterward to say that he was very “professional” so I sincerely appreciate that if you’re reading this, Adam. Thank you. ???

I don't normally leave reviews for any business but I fealt j&a auto was highly deserving of a shout out. I had brought my vehicle in for repairs and the service I was given was top notch. The mechanic Adam was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired my vehicle in a very timely matter and the price was lower than every other garage that gave me a quote. I highly recommend these guys for vehicle repair. I had such a great experience at j&a that I am concidering purchasing a vehicle of of their lot. Thank you j&a!!!
