I only can give two stars at this point. The paperwork part was made very easy and kamila was very helpful as well as the other lady that helped with two late returns. Everything was great till it came time to pay for the fileing fees. I payed for my first return and during the second payment I was told I entered in my card code wrong after I had seen the confirmation screen and was asked to run my card through without thinking to check my bank first. I was charged twice almost $200 that I didn't have. Then when I go back I'm told the computer generated a third invoice and I have to wait for them to contact their HR to resolve this issue.

Kamilla is the best go get your taxes done by her, you'll be in and out in about 30 minutes. Plus she cool as hell so go get your taxes done and have a fun time doing it!

The receptionist, Rosa, was very friendly, she was knowledgeable and she worked with me throughout the entire process. Chris also was dilligent in preparing the taxes and getting things ready.

Had to wait 30 mins past our appointment time despite being early and having most of our documents pre-submitted online, so they are either under-staffed or could be better at managing appointments. This is based on several years of using H&R Block at other locations, which were more timely. I don't mind waiting a few minutes to finish up, it happens. But considering the tax experts didn't have any active clients the moment we walked into the office, it seemed a bit careless. Previous locations I've been to have had more attentive tax experts who would proactively ask questions as the expert, in addition to addressing our own questions, but several times we had to stop our agent from completing the return too soon because we had extra documents to work through. She didn't ask us if we had anything else, just kept assuming she was done even though we told her at the start of the appointment we had some extra documents we didn't scan in. Maybe it was an off-day for her, rushing to finish her last client of the day. But this nearly cost us thousands of dollars in lost refunds had we not known what we were doing. And frankly, I'm not a tax expert myself so I'm kind of wondering if anything else was missed. Convenient location for any EV vehicle owners, as there's an EV charger in the parking lot. Hopefully the service improves in the future.
