Nice affordable 8 story hotel in downtown Binghamton. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Used to stay there for work. Spent the weekend with my son for the airshow, he loved the experience. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. No complaints ?.

Excellent location on the river. In the center of downtown, you can walk to anything you need. The food options, besides the restaurant in the hotel, are limitless.
The room was large, modern, very very impressed. Front desk staff is probably the best I have dealt with in a very long time. They were friendly, funny, extremely knowledgeable and helpful with questions about the local area.
This is a great place and I am.looking forward to my next stay here.

There are venues close to the hotel that provide very loud outdoor concerts. Even having our room moved made no difference. Had to deal with loud music all weekend very late into the night. Could hardly sleep.
Noteworthy details: If you choose to stay here, make sure you're ask for rooms away from the music.

Great spot near downtown to restaurants and bars and close to the highways. Love the bar and the gym was used almost daily.

Very small rooms, I had a double bed room not sure where you would even put your luggage if 2 ppl were in these rooms. Bathrooms were even smaller. Close to many views and restaurants.
Walkability: Just across the street from food and drinks.
Food & drinks: Every kind of bar and food close.

Service could be better, online shows one price but ended up paying more. $200 a night breakfast not included, we would not recommend.

A nice hotel in Downtown Binghamton, NY. 8 floors. The room I had had 2 full beds. Small fridge, coffee maker and 1 drawer for clothes. I guess its geared towards business travel. The bathroom did not have a fan at all. Not sure if all the rooms are like that, but it should have one. Staff is very friendly. There is no grab and go or complementary breakfast. Its buffet style like a restaurant. The gym has what you need for a short stay along with an indoor pool.

Comfortable beds and very clean and updated. Service was perfect and friendly. My only downside was having a room by the elevator, you can hear everything through the doors and the crack under the door. I'll be back!!

Had a meeting here for work. Clean facility and friendly staff. Easy walk to downtown and food vendors. Parking on site is easy to access and close to main entrance.

Excellent value. Warm welcome, clean room and comfortable beds. Only downside: public parking although opposite the hotel. Breakfast not included. I will go back there.

If you're gonna make it so you can turn on the fan can you at least make the walls sound proof? I had to listen to my neighbor talk about literally everything that hurt her feelings from 2am-7am.
Rooms: Rooms were clean, spacious and really nice
