Last time I ever order anything from them. Flowers weren’t even delivered for Valentines Day and they stopped answering the phone. Been trying to call them since 3:00pm but they close at 5pm. I called them and spoke with someone directly on the 13th of February at 8:30am and spoke with someone directly on the phone on Valentine’s Day in the afternoon saying they were out for delivery

Not a good experience! I placed an order online on 12/19 for a 12/22 delivery. I called on the 23rd as my friend still had not received the delivery and they could not tell me a status on my order because “there were too many orders to sort through right now” but was told their goal was to deliver everything by Christmas Eve. It is now 12/27 and my friend still has not received their almost $100 flower delivery and we are a week out from the original order date. I called on 12/27 for a refund, such a HUGE disappointment this place was, with no explanation to why they failed to deliver my order, no apology for the inconvenience, but they agreed to refund me my money which will now take 2-10 business days because of their shortcomings. They need to modernize their tracking system so when people call they can find out a status of their order. Had I known it would not deliver by Christmas I could have cancelled and re-ordered from a different flower shop. HUGE disappointment and lacks customer service.

Came in here for the first time today and got a beautiful bouquet of roses , I’d say it took maybe 15 minutes for the lady to prepare them and I’m very satisfied with my purchase , the place is very nice inside and there’s lots to chose from .

Absolutely love the quality and the customer service here. Krista (hope I'm spelling that right) made a lovely purple bouquet for my spouse in less than half an hour. Very pleased!

Friendly and accommodating staff, lovely flower collections and arrangements. They also have potted plants, chocolate and gifts, and the glass collection is beautiful.

I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my niece who is graduating from Binghamton University this coming weekend. My niece loves them, in fact she said "shes obsessed". They are still fresh five days later on her graduation day. Thank you Gennarelli!

I ordered a very specialized color of roses and was pretty particular about the arrangement. It was also relatively last minute. Generelli's didn't bat an eye ad delivered the most perfect arrangement I could have asked for.

Horribly expensive, my boyfriend got the designer's choice bouquet and it was such an underwhelming arrangement for the price. Delivery was absolutely terribly and communication was not good. On top of that, in the note my boyfriend sent them he spelled my name correctly but they spelled it wrong (even tho my name is pretty common). The chocolates are just average and the teddy bear came soaking wet. I understand there's a premium for valentine's day but for what I received (which was mostly green, not even flowers that are fresh/fully bloomed) I expected much more.
