One of the best stores in Binghamton the manager and her team are amazing at this location. They are always smiling and it feels very welcoming when you come in. The store is clean they are always getting new merchandise when you come in it never disappoints you. Keep up the amazing work at this store I will definitely recommend you to stop by this location it's better than vestal located.

Used to be everything in Dollar Tree was a dollar or less.Now it varies but very few things inside are less than $1.25 , many things are much more.Maybe their name should be turned into Discount Tree.

I've never encountered such rude people in my life ... the store is dirty. And they put frozen food in the refrigerator.. I told a worker that we bought one of the refrigerated frozen items and it was spoiled the lady didn't even acknowledge my existence.... if they hate their job so much why don't they just find a new one? instead of taking it out on the customers

Went to this store and it is always different. Called the store to get hair dye and they said that they had it but then “forgot” to bring it up front for me. Customer service varies and they don’t even have everything that they promise to have. Always a hit or miss when you want something and it’s not there. Need to have what they promise. Disappointed and angry

This store is hit or miss with the employees. Some days are a great experience, others not so much. Some management and other employees should remember not all customers are the same people. Respect and courtesy go a long way. Otherwise a few cameras and the threat of an assault charge are nothing in stopping themselves from getting dragged outside...
