Let me save you all alot of time, money and grief. Do not spend your hard earned money here. This place sold my mom a 2015 Nissan Rogue that has nothing but issues. This place will lie straight to your face. We have also had her brakes fixed at dependable last May 2022 (less than a year) and now March 2023, the breaks are making noise again. One of our family members who is looking at the rear breaks just said "by the looks of things, the rear breaks were never replaced" ( maybe because someone used an impact wrench and striped one of the bolts to the caliper and couldnt get the bolt out). This place needs to be held accountable for lying to my Mother which has cost her $1,000s . Please be aware of this place.

I’ve been going to Dependable for service for over 10 yrs. They look to identify the problem and not replace something that doesn’t require it. I have yet to purchase a vehicle from them, however, the vehicle detailing will draw you in. They started detailing again after a few years removed. Prices have increased with Covid, but prior to covid, prices were fair. Service is 5 star.

Purchased 2 cars within 2 months of one another. First one had issue after issue, which I'm still dealing with 2 years later. Husbands was purchased in dec and obviously didn't need ac then, didn't think to check it. One summer it wasn't blowing cold. Paid them to run the dye test and came back saying $1500 to replace a line. Had we come in within their "warranty" it would have been covered and refused to listen to why the hell would we have checked the ac in the dead of winter !? Needless to say Dependable is not dependable and thousands of dollars later fixing the two lemons they sold us, save your time and money. Rude owners, refusals to fix things right, mechanics are just as worthless. It's like I'm a woman and they automatically assume I don't know cars and try to give me a load of bull. If I could give zero stars I would. Not BBB members either so that's a pointless road to take.
