I have been using Dataflow for years, even before they moved to their present location. They do a great job and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend them for all of you printed projects.

The experience I've had with dataflow on a communication level to start was great! However my product was not professionally done. When I asked for a refund it was given a run around so I opted to have the items remade after having no choice but to use the unprofessional items at an event. The remake was supposed to be done by end of week and I now have to go to another event without a specific product because my items were either not completed or I was not reached out to by dataflow to pick them up. I am highly upset. They make great banners and are mostly timely with that, my stickers on the other hand I'll have to find another company to provide them or do them myself.

This review is long overdue, but I had to sing Dataflow's praises. Last year before my wedding, I had ordered menus online and they arrived a week before completely wrong. I was in town visiting my parents and doing some last-minute tasks prepping for the day so I searched around for some printing places and found Dataflow. I called, told them my issue and that I needed close to 200 menus ASAP, and they printed them the same day and they were PERFECT. The entire experience was incredible, and without even knowing, they served an integral part in my wedding. I can't recommend them enough.

I just walked downstairs to my wife talking to someone from Dataflow, and we will never do business with them again. We love to shop local, and wanted to try small business to support them., but this was unprofessional and rude. My wife was simply following up on a print job that was supposed to be done yesterday. I walked downstairs and heard on speakerphone, the woman from Dataflow had a serious attitude, was interrupting my wife consistently, and had no real answer for the questions my wife had. She got off the phone and was just amazed at how rude and unprofessional they were. It may have been someone having a bad day, and I understand that... but we all have long and bad days... be kind and have some self-control.

There are always glitches in everyone's schedule but I can't recount how many times I have sent something and said 'can I have this in half an hour' for an unscheduled meeting and they have done it. From drawings to collating a bound presentation or spec book the team at Dataflow is so accommodating and thorough.

If I could choose less than one star, like in the negatives that would be my rating for Data Flow on south Washington in Binghamton. It's been about 4 months since I've been waiting for vinyl logos to be printed. Just a week ago is when they sent me the print approval form to sign, took 4 months. Keep in mind that I have sent them via email as well as in person the vector files for my logo and detailed measurements and photos of where their going to be placed, I've done this in person and electronically, I've even had, Randy, the guy in charge of my project take his own pictures and measurements. I've visited multiple times and have called more times that I can count. It's either the correct person isn't there that I need to speak with and/or when the correct person is there I don't get an answer for any questions asked. They tell me it only takes a couple days to approve and print what I need, well that was 4 months ago and still nothing. I don't understand why there's no initiative, whenever I ask if they're backed up or really busy I get the same answer that they will get to it when Randy gets back. I finally schedule an install date and Randy apparently pulled his back the day prior doing an install so he wasn't able to print my logos and/or cut them out, always an excuse, finally I drop my truck off in the morning and it's the wrong color and was assured they would correct it. I return 2 hours later after dropping my truck off and My truck was still sitting there with nothing on it, so I went inside and asked for Randy and of course he was on a "conference call" and no one at the front desk had any information on whether the print was corrected or not. I give up with DATAFLOW and will never give them another chance. I WOULD NOT NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND DATAFLOW ON SOUTH WASHINGTON IN BINGHAMTON TO ANY PROFESSIONAL LOOKING FOR THE SERVICES THEY OFFER. I HOPE THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK FAR SURPASSES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE YET TO SEE WHAT THEY DO RIGHT THAT THEIR STILL IN BUSINESS.
