If I could have no stars, that would be my choice. we discovered this week that you can no longer talk to a pharmacist at CVS on the phone. The automated system gives you the option of using an app or leaving a message but when I tried to leave one , it didn’t work and kicked me out. I tried again two more times and it would not take a message. My mom is 92 years old and she needed to get a prescription delivered but she doesn’t have a smart phone and she doesn’t use a computer. She also tried to leave a message after the system wouldn’t allow her to speak to anyone. She relies on the telephone/landline to communicate with the pharmacy, which seems like a reasonable thing since CVS says they’re there to take care of you. That’s not true. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable. Who in the world decided that pharmacists are too busy to do their job and talk to their clients/ patients with concerns?
In order for her to tell them to deliver it she had to get a ride go into the store (her mobility is very limited) and talk to someone in person there at the pharmacy.
I would tell everyone to run the other way and find someplace where people actually are willing to talk to you instead of passing it on to some kind of AI or automated system. Do NOT trust these people with your prescriptions.

I so love CVS I still do even though I can't get my prescriptions there I still if you do shop deals and coupons you do get pretty damn good deals otherwise it's kind of still love CVS regardless

This was my regular pharmacy, had been for years. I call to check on a pre-authorization and am told the medication in question is not covered. So i call my insurance and they say it is covered. The male whoms name I couldnt understand, seemed in a rush and apparently couldn't be bothered to look into it, so made something up. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy.There are some good employees in the pharmacy though, and the rest of the store is good.

This location used to be great before all the nice employees left. New management does not have a friendly attitude and the new employees well you will see for yourself. There's still I believe one or two old employees who are left and I love them. Been going here for a year and half to pick up money gram I use my Medicade/snap card as my id as it's hard for me to get to dmv for state ID anxiety issues. I never had a problem as the money gram kiosks acceptes this is. I felt embarrassed and brought out of my character.

I would give zero Stars if it were possible five times I called and was not able to reach the store or was told I couldn't be connected. Fix your issue pharmacies are meant to be reachable

I had to stop coming here due to the complications getting my prescription filled. Too many times they didn't have the medication to fill my script. Even spoke to management and said I would need this medication on this date of every month and still didn't have it. Seems pretty irresponsible to me. The new place I went to always has it. Have had an issue since I switched
