A screw in my tire caused a slow leak while I was on the road from NJ to Canada. Swung by here to get it checked out, and within half an hour, Technician Brown found a tire replacement, switched it out, and sent me back on the road. Quick, friendly service and excellent pricing!

Was very pleased with Clements! They provided me with the services I asked for. Also kept me well informed of everything they were doing. Found other issues that I was unaware of before I even purchased the truck and corrected everything to what the trucks specs were. All around happy! Knowledgeable mechanics and a family of people I intend to do all my future business with. Ended up costing more then what I came in for, however that’s because he found and showed me problems that needed to be addressed. Thanks for the quality work.

I have always encountered professional work and business practices at Clements Auto. My wife, son, mother, and I have had all of our cars serviced, tires replaced, and repair needs taken care of here for at least 10 years. Their clean comfortable waiting room in a convenient location next to a dinner is also a big plus.

Fixed my fault codes and even scoped out an oil leak for me and finished it off with an alignment. Super efficient, their mechanics are top tier with a price I couldn't beat.Highly recommend so long as you want quality service ?

Horrible experience. A family member took their vehicle in for Inspection it happen to fail and they refused to release the vehicle stating it failed due to a safety violation. I was trying to argue that we had 10 days to correct the issue and I kept being told no because it failed the safety portion. I did not have the time to address this so we just repaired it there. I looked it up when I got home. I AM 100% RIGHT I have the right to leave with the car and repair it anywhere I want. I will be turning them into the BBB and the NYS DMV. So dishonest!!!

The tire pressure warning message popped up on my Forester just before we had to leave for Philadelphia for a doctor's appointment. Our usual repair shop was too busy to check the tires for issues beyond the simple low pressure. Clements took it in immediately, made sure my husband had gotten the pressure right, checked for nails, etc., and balanced the tires....no charge! We know where we'll be buying our tires from now on!

I recently had my car inspected here. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. In and out in 1/2 hour. The front desk, both in making the appointment and day of, were very friendly. Just a FYI, no checks and cc/debit cards can only be used on $40 payments or more.
