I almost gave a bad review because I thought they charged me $10 for less than 5 mins. But I found out they put a $10 hold on your card. When the transcation goes through it is adjusted for time used. $1 per minute. I wish there was a sign that clearly stated this somewhere. Especially since it says $4 required next to where you swipe your card. But overall my favorite car wash in the area due to the fact they have automatic and manual docks. And the manual docks actually accept a card.

Car does not get clean at all soap is left on it I did the 14 dollar wash was 15.12 altogether. But left soap all over my vehicle had re wash my windows and bugs were left on it

Didn’t clean my car at all, left streaks. Just terrible, I reached out to car wash with the video and pics, no response. Wasted $18.

Fleeced out of full amount for car wash that did not start. Number posted everywhere outside the car wash leads to message where voicemail has not been set up yet. Not a real business, sad.

Love CW’s in Vestal; but this one needs maintenance. Lights (on signs) coming in not working, interior lights partially work, no back closure (door). After wash soap still visible on truck. This one is higher priced with new added features that only seem to inflate price, not clean better.

All automated. I am disappointed. Even after spending 10 dollars, splashed mud did not clear from car. Have to go somewhere else.

Some of the jets were clogged and that left streaks.... Luckily the phone number on the building answered and gave me another wash in the next bay immediately.

I would give this a better rating but for the last few times I have washed my vehicle here it doesn't rinse the soap completely off!! I will be going elsewhere!

I have never written a poor review however I don't want anyone else to pay $18 for a car wash to have their car come out dirtier than when it went in. I would not be writing a review if I had recieved a response to my call or text to the number posted to call with issues, I gave it a few days and no response. My daughter and I initially found it a little amusing as the "laser wash" dribbled water and soap on my car... this is until the dryers came on and my car was filled with thr noxious smell of rotten eggs, we were trapped in the car as the smell filled it and we proceeded to Gag... I assume was from stagnant filty water ?♀️ My car came out with a nasty film and required a real car wash.. I will NEVER go back here.
