The Lord really provided for me through Eddie, when I was pulled off the road with my car shutting off on me! We were there for probably less than a minute, when someone was pulling over to help us, and it was Eddie!! He read my codes, setup a tow and they took it to his shop! It was a Sat. night. By Mon. he already knew what needed to be fixed to drive it again and wanted the ok to do it. Thankfully it wasn't an expensive fix! By Tues. night I had my wheels back! What a blessing how the Lord provides in so many ways... Thank you so much for helping me Eddie!

Eddie was hands down THE MOST ACCOMODATING person I have ever met in the auto industry. He went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to fix my car. My regular mechanic was on vacation so when I was referred to Cars R Us, I wasn't sure if I should just wait for my mechanic to get back in town. I AM 100% THRILLED that I chose Eddie, I will never go anywhere else local. NOT ONLY DID HE FIX MY EXHAUST, he went to get new wiper blades and took my car to get inspected. Within 24hrs I had a car that RUNS LIKE NEW (and silent:), INSPECTION, CLEANED MY ENGINE TO LOOK BRAND NEW, DEGREASED NY TIRES AND CAREFULLY washed every part! The BEST PART was the price, I wanted to cry, definitely an Angel sent from above! To top it off on a 90 degree day had it running with full A/C to make my experience PERFECT. I AM SO GRATEFUL to have met such an honest, thoughtful and AUTO PROFESSIONAL! Eddie, THANK YOU SINCERELY and referring all of my friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Eddie is GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!

Had a great experience purchasing the vehicle I was looking for from Eddie. Easy to work with and Steve took care of any issues / problems in a very timely manner. Will definitely continue doing business with cars r us in the future and have recommended them to family/friends.

Eddie was so considerate asking me about my car needs. When you think stereotypical car salesmen, Eddie couldn’t be further from that. He was super consultative and took time to understand what i was looking for rather than just selling me something fast off the lot. If anyone in the Binghamton area is looking for a used vehicle or service on an existing vehicle, look no further than CARS R Us. Thank you Eddie!

My sister purchased a used vehicle from Mr. Rouhana, following a sad accident where her previous car was totaled. Our intent to purchase a used car from Mr. Rouhana was because we had heard good things about him. Sadly, what has ensued in the prevailing months has been nothing short of a disaster. We were told that the car being purchased was in mint condition. The dealer said he knew this because the car was brought to his shop for repairs. And yet, since then, we have spent over 4,000 USD in repairs. The car persists to have issues. The issues that the vehicle has (continuous issues with brake pads, oil leaks, coolant issues, tire issues, engine problems, struts, spring issues), threaten the well being and safety of my sister. She already went through the trauma of an accident once, and it is hard for us, as a family, to know that that the continuous issues this vehicle faces could harm her again. She is a student, who has daily commutes because of her classes and work. This is the last thing a young student should worry about. Unfortunately, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer or individual.

Worse experience ever..bought a car from him for 6200 car had more problems than anything,he even called cops on me because I ask him for the car title after I already pay him fully..cops had to tell him it’s my car since I bought it..he wrote on the dmv paper I paid 5800 ..he a thief wouldn’t tell anyone to buy from him..

For starters on the way home the day I picked it up it had no heat, took it right back they “Got it working” so I take off with it again and on the drive home the exhaust fell off. Engine light came on and started misfiring, I paid for the new exhaust and it needed injectors which took care of the misfiring. Transmission also continues to act funny. Every one of these issues were wrote down and given to Eddie, he allegedly had it all fixed. Clearly he buttered everything up and made it work temporarily. Still the transmission shifts horrible and truck continues to have no heat I was told what is causing both issues from my mechanic but I should not have to keep putting money into this truck. Clearly cars r us was not fixing anything. Frame is good in the truck yes but attached is a picture of underneath the carpet. I want my money back. What a total scam!

We were sold a complete lemon of a car that won’t even pass our state inspection. In fact the garage where we took it said the cost of repairs exceed the value of the vehicle. Eddie is a friendly guy, but dishonest and does not stand behind what he sells. This has been the most stressful purchase my husband and I have ever made, and we are now forced to file a lemon law report with the state of NY to try to get our money back. I would steer clear of buying from Cars R Us!Here is a picture of the hole in the frame. Not to mention gas leaking everywhere the first time we filled the tank up with fuel, a coolant leak, the rocker panels need to be replaced, fog lights don’t work… just to name a few. Looks great from the outside, but there are major issues we couldn’t see until further inspection.?
