I felt like my business there mattered. GHS also gave me a car loan which really has givin me a chance to continue to build my credit. Having a car will help me change my life. “Never have any issues with this bank, however your new atm screen is too dark and probably should be checked out. I tried it and couldnt see it then watched 2 other customers pull away after not being able to see the screen.”
“Remember when you were a kid and your mother would bring you along on her errands? I still can recall going to the bank with her. She was greeted by name and she and her favorite teller would talk about their shared passion for growing orchids. We were treated like PEOPLE. This is still the feeling that you get when you do business with Peoples' Bank. You are seen as an individual with individual needs. You are treated with respect and your membership in this community is acknowledged by other members of this community. What a nice change from the usual way that we end up doing business.”

“Quick and easy trip to the ATM, although the machine is rather loud. The employees kinda give you funny looks when you are sitting in the parking lot and taking a pic before they open. In their defense though, the place had been successfully robbed just a few months ago.”

“Justin, our teller, was amazing as always. He was especially kind as our business this day was due to an unexpected death in the family. In addition, we had to meet with Nicole, the branch manager, and as always ❤️ she went above and beyond for my husband and I. When life seems out of control, it is so nice to be treated like a human being and not just a number. Being a Visions member for 43+ years, we can honestly say they treat you like family, which is why we would never bank anywhere else.”

“Well they have a great location directly in front of Lowe’s. This is a good business move as many people go into Lowe’s and stop in the bank to get cash on the way in. I always see it busy so I know it’s a decent bank and I have family members the bank there and have no complaints.”

“Connor was the amazing teller who helped us today! My elderly mother had several things to accomplish at the Visions FCU on Front St. Connor welcomed us, was patient and thoughtful in his service to us. Looking at and interacting with my mother, though in a wheelchair, made her feel competent and valued. He coordinated a banker to address her individual concerns as well. Aaron picked up where Connor left off with continued great service. She said farewell to Dylan as she is friendly with him too. Thank you all so much for taking such wonderful care of my mother.
7/8/2024 additionally: My mother also has an account with the bank across the street. She wanted them to help balance her check book as well but when I went in to inquire, they said, “We don’t provide that service”. (Visions did for her!) They looked up her account and saw her concern. She had a significantly greater amount of money in her account than what she thought she should have. They printed out all of her statements for her (which she already had at home) and brought them out to the car because they couldn’t see her on the passenger side of the car at the ATM and the statements were too big to put in the carrier. So she went home and updated her checkbook to the greater amount and went on from there. Limited customer service at that bank across the street. Visions Cares!!”

“This bank is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place is never crowded. You can get the service you want very quickly. The staff is friendly as well. More importantly, you can open an account without an SSN which is very convenient for international students”
