The man working was so helpful! I am sure I was very annoying with all of my questions and multiple purchases but he helped me calmly the whole time. Then he was very friendly when after an hour I also asked if he could check my battery. Thank God he did! I found out on the last day of my NEW car warranty that the alternator and battery were failing one another. Made an appointment right then at Honda. He was absolutely the perfect amount of professionalism with unbiased answers, and he knew his stuff! Thank you! As I told him, ILL BE BACK ?

I had my car battery exchanged by Johnette she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and diligent. She had me in and out extremely quickly on a Sunday. I will continue to be a customer for this location because of her customer service. I recommend visiting this location for all your auto needs.

Extremely helpful! Came in to test the car's battery, starter and initial startup up functions which they did promptly at no cost! Was in and out in 5 minutes, and everyone I spoke to was friendly, courteous and helpful! If they don't have the part or tool you're looking for they will order it for you. Their pricing is reasonable as well.

Went into Auto Zone yesterday with a car battery issue on my Honda. Jeff, the manager went above and beyond. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just made the whole experience a 5 star rating. I highly recommend this store because of Jeff's expertise!! Thanks for your help on the Honda!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
