“Hit a huge pothole on 17E was luckily able to make the next exit for Hancock and to The Old Bat Factory gas station where a helpful employee told me about Oralls Garage that opened at 8am next morning. I called the garage to see if they wanted to tow me that night or next am and we decided in the morning. Luckily, there was the Delaware Inn next door so got a room for the night. I over inflated my tire the next morning and drove to the garage 1.4miles away and was at Don Oralls Garage before 8am. Patrick took a look at my bent rim with tire partially off and said he thought he could pound it back in shape. He took my car right in and by 10:15am I was back on the road! He also found that one of the tire bolts had snapped so he replaced them all. In and out of the garage for under $150 and in just about 2 hours! I was completely satisfied with their service! Great experience with them! Thank You!”

“Randy and his team are honest and have fixed my vehicle as well as my wife’s on countless occasions. I have gotten quotes from other dealerships for repairs and his price was always significantly lower (most times by half). “There’s not enough thanks I can give to these guys. We were on a 1,000 mile trip moving from Vermont to Tennessee when the serpentine belt came off leaving us without power steering, an alternator, or air conditioning. We had everything with us, including our cat and a trailer full of our stuff, and we were hundreds of miles from home. I looked up the closest mechanic and this shop came up. I called and even though it was 4pm they said they could take a look and see what they could do. I limped our car to their shop and in minutes they diagnosed the problem being the harmonic balancer for the serpentine belt had given out. Within 2 hours they had the parts delivered and had us back on the road. This certainly wasn’t something I could fix at a gas station. I seriously have no idea what I would have done without their help.”

“Our first time here, came for a NY state inspection on the wife's car. Everyone was super friendly and even other customers seemed pleasant, both in attitude and with the service they were receiving.
I'll definitely be bringing my car here when I need my inspection as well.
The only reason I don't see it 5 stars is the parking is chaotic to say the least. Might have been just the time we got there (inspection was scheduled for noon) or just a coincidence. I heard something about there is a secondary parking lot but other than overhearing that conversation I know nothing about it.
Very happy with the service we received, I recommend bringing your vehicle here, though possibly ask about parking when making the appointment.”

“Recently got a company car where I work - they always take their cars to Bridge Auto and told me to ask for Rick. Well I went there and Rick had me pull right up. They immediately tested the battery and pulled the car in to replace it. They also fixed my fog light. Extremally professional service! I will be taking my personal vehicles there from now on. Rick is a very trustworthy guy and I really appreciated the encounter!”

“Better than just on the pricing that he does to help you he also gives you the right parts every single time I've done a lot of business with him that one time have I had to return apart that was wrong there might be two different parts for a vehicle he'll tell you that but he usually can use your VIN to get the info he needs for your vehicle so if he needs that don't be afraid to give it to him”

“Dj worked hard to find us the tire we needed on a Sunday. He wasn't able to, but he sure tried. The shop hooked us up with one tire to get us home and was never anything except as helpful as could be, including driving to another store to get a suitable tire for getting us home. GREAT SERVICE!
