Their credit card sucks though, rates just went up to 30% and they give me the smallest limit, it's literally useless. Lowe's gave me like 10x the credit right out the gate”

“Delivery of 2nd refrigerator (1st defective) a whole diff experience from the first. Nathan & Ron took their time to remove all the plastic covering perfectly, instructed on care of stainless, etc.First guys brought it in, left all the remnants of plastic around the edges/behind handles and took off. (Stuff is hard to detach from under the seams if you've never done yourself...)Needless to say, this review would have been diff if 2nd delivery never happened.”

“I don't do reviews but, I feel like have to for Shaul's appliances. I can't praise these guys enough. We've had to call them 3 times for repairs on 3 different appliances. Every single time they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and did an awesome job. They even gave us advice on how to handle glitches with appliances that we hadn't called for. I recently called them for a burning plastic smell coming from my oven. It turned out to be a pot lid that was melting in the warmer drawer. I wasn't even charged a stupidity fee. Anyway, they're great!”

“We dealt with two different people, very professional. Great deals on recliners, they saw the perspective buyer having a hard time reclining the chair, recommended electric remote control recliner, great prices. Then we went to the TVs and the guy was a lot of help, just trying to convince her that it's a good idea to have the remote control recliner, because she's getting older. When in the TVs she saw the color was excellent on the smaller TVs too, salesman was very helpful. A great place to buy things give it a chance.”

“We went in to return a laptop that was purchased online and had some software issues. She wanted a different model and picked one out, the staff was very helpful and suggested a different one that was 10x better, -300$ on sale, had a newer processor, so it would last her longer before she had to upgrade. So she paid a little more $ for a lot more laptop, plus it was touchscreen also. Very cool best buy, surprised us.”
