These folks have amazing customer service. Aaron was a major help in getting my front Arch MK3 fixed up with the proper front hub. Great service, great products! Can't go wrong.

Had a problem with my hub which was still under warranty. After sending a few pictures Stan's sent me a newly rebuilt rear wheel within a day. Excellent customer service/warranty support, had me back on the trails in no time!

I had an issue with a rim a year and a half after purchase and the same day I send them the details they shipped me a new one.Amazing customer support, greatly appreciated
