They may not have the best hours or prices or even a full selection, but they have the essentials and they get top marks for the staff that was on that night.”
“There are a lot of things I’m good at, especially when it comes to my business. Shipping is not one of them. Getting items returned so I can get the proper materials in can be important and I’ve got more on my mind than initiating returned and remembering which things need to be packaged and labeled. This sounds simple, but my brain just doesn’t brain when I walk into the UPS store. Fortunately, everyone here has been so helpful and kind. They do this all the time and just take my items with an, “I’ll take care of it.” attitude. One girl complimented me on my jean jacket and for charging my phone. ? “I worked in a RV park post office and made trips to the back room of the main post office to pick up the park mail. I was blown away at the volume of mail and packages, and that they actually get to where they are going even when not addressed correctly. And then add the sheer volume of junk mail. It's crazy. Gave me a whole new appreciation for the post office operation and for the workers.That being said, the Baker Street staff has always been very accommodating, and most of the time with a smile. Not everyone that comes in there is in a good mood, so I'm sure that there are bad moments, but otherwise kudos to them.”

“I love USPS here in Big Flats. They are always nice, and accommodating. My family owns a small business and ships a lot, so its nice to come in and be recognized. I also had chickens shipped here, they held them on the side where it was warmest to make sure they kept the temps up. Small town feel is the best!”
