Alice was amazing. Under 40 min, she removed my gel (which was overgrown and she didn’t judge), put an extension on one nail, did my cuticles and a perfect paint job, and finished with a hand and shoulder massage, all for only $35. Would definitely come back

Asking for tips.
Absolutely unprofessional. My sister and I usually come to get manicures and pedicures. Today my sister went to get her nails done and when she had paid the lady looked at the pay slip and said "what about tip". Now if you've ever been here they have signs saying cash only tips, and there is an ATM next door. So why would an employee be looking at the slip? Is it cash only or not? Regardless, tips should not be expected. Adjust your pricing accordingly if that's the case.

I had my gel coat nails removed by one of the manicurists at Mona's. She used a grinding tool to remove the polish. She ground down my natural nails and now I have very soft nails and one of my nails bled a bit. My nails will not grow back for months. I would never recommend Mona's because they don't know what they are doing!

After 1 hour wait I left without my mani pedi. Had an appointment and they just said they are busy. No apology or concern for my time or need to get nails done! The lady next to me mentioned she waited over an hour. Such a disrespect for people’s time!

They do a great job but cannot seem to honor appointments. Three times now, I have gone at my scheduled appointment time and they cannot take me in. It's usually an additional 15 or 20 minute wait after my appointment time. If you have a job or kids, you know that this will not work. Each time I've had to reschedule. If it were based on quality of service alone, I would give them a five, but because we all have busy lives, I need to be able to count on an appointment. Or, they should just change their policy and say they do not take appointments. They wouldn't wait for me if I was 20 min late.

We have gone here several times and the staff are all very professional and very talented. Recently my daughter wanted to take a few friends and get their nails done for her birthday. They were great with the girls and did amazing work (as always). My 10 year old daughter wanted patriotic design on her nails, the amount of detail on such little nails is so impressive! Did an awesome job on my pedicure but my nails not so much. I got both a gel mani and pedi. The nail tech was able to do the color on my feet no problem and then said it was too light for my nails and put white down first. It is a light pink color so some of the white is showing through. I paid $117 for a gel mani and pedi but my nails look like I did them. Their is also bubbles showing through in the polish. Not super happy gor the price I was charged and paid. I pay only $80/90 in corning with tip. So will not be going back :/

I’ve been to M.Mona’s at least three times and every time I have been so happy and satisfied with their services! The staff is kind and work very hard. M. Mona’s did my nails for my wedding with my sister, mother, and grandmother and it was such a wonderful experience! Beautiful work, clean salon, and great customer service!Services: Manicure
