“I am senior Veteran, retired and I use this store as a backup to my VA Pharmacy. Several times I have stopped in and this Rite Aid Employee, young guy named James has been very helpful. They get a lot of seniors in here and I am sure many are hard to work with, but James is always patient kind and helpful”

“While this is a good place to get the basics, they sometimes have prices on certain foods that many people like at kinda of annoying prices. I would still reccomend this to people, oh and some of them are gas stations so yeah that's cool.”

“Touchless Car Wash-They have one of the cheapest car washes in & around Elmira. Cannot says it cleans spot free, though. I bought the Ultimate wash for $16 (wash + wax, ceramic coat, graphene infused wash), and it did not clean off all the soap. I could also see some white residue on the lower half of the car. Not sure what it is.Gas + wash will give you 10 cents discount per gallon on wash.”
“Great. I don't normally go there but I needed some late night drink to hydrate and wake me up during a project and the Cold Brew Coffee was out. Brenda helped me out and it wasn't even a hassle to her. Good store, great employee!”

“I had a load canceled and then no place to park. There policy is 1hr parking. I went inside and they said park outback please and don't leave truck. Free . I went inside and they have good pizza, and anything you'd want to eat . The young man at actually every employee is super nice . Hate giving 5 stars but this place definitely deserved it.”
“Amazing staff (the ones that have been there) a few new staff have been very disrespectful but the people who have been didn’t stick around they do have one rude guy there now that’s new but I bet he’ll be gone after his first few checks people need to realize what people go through in retail if you have never work that job or one like it you have no right to judge”

“I was on my way to a concert near Buffalo and needed a covid test last minute. The pharmacy sympathized with me, and the employees there went out of their way to get me in. I made it to the show with a negative test result and had a far out time. It wouldn't have been possible without the Elmira Walgreens pharmacy staff. Thank you so much for helping me out!”

“Okay, so I am aware that hiring folks is difficult. And there's a lot of newbies out in this world. Have patience folks. But one thing I do not tolerate is a DM (district manager or whatever Dandy calls 'em) talk smack about an employee in earshot of customers. I'd rate this a zero star if based on the DM wisecracks.And let me add to the owners response of Sheesh... I know of 3 gas stations within a 14 mile radius that provide fueling even when the establishment is closed. If you as an owner, are answering with Sheesh, you are totally unaware of competition.”
