“Absolutely phenomenal service. One morning my car just wouldnt start even though i was having no prior issues with it. I took it to a chain auto parts store to see if it was my battery. The guy there said it was maybe my battery, wasnt sure and even if i bought a new one they couldnt install it even though they advertise it. So at 530 i bought a battery and drove down to Leonards. Even without an appt they checked both my battery and alternator. It said my battery was actually fine but was 8 yrs old so should probably change it as i had already bought it and determined it was my alternator. The other chain auto parts store wouldnt change it because it involved a unscrewing one bolt and my conputer sat on top. I want to mention i drive a 2016 Chevy equinox, nothing fancy. I left my car with Leonards monday night and they had it done my tuesday night. They are honest, upfront and go above and beyond. You won't regret taking your car there”
“My family and I went to Ferrario looking for a specific type of vehicle to pull a camper. From the moment we walked in, Dom opened the door for us and welcomed us right in! He quickly showed us a few options and when we had questions about towing capabilities he was happy to research and find the answer. We also stopped into Simmons Rockwell on Chambers Rd and the difference in customer service was astounding. We immediately returned to Ferrario. “Lattimer's Garage is actually Andy's Garage. Don't judge a shop by how it looks. If Andy doesn't have the experience or tools to fix something, he knows someone who will help. He put our car on his lift so he and my husband could have a look at the problem. We went on our way with our car and, while we waited for the part to arrive, Andy found someone to help us. He took us there the next day. Steve fixed the problem and we continued on our trip with a safer car. Thank you Andy and Steve!”

“This shop was in the right place at the right time. While in Corning with my wife, visiting from Maryland, literally in front of their shop, our van blew a spark plug.
We had just left the Corning Museum of Glass when it happened. One of their technicians came out to offer assistance and immediately diagnosed the problem. A couple of hours later it was fixed and our trip continued. We made it back to Watkins Glen and can look forward to enjoying the rest of our weekend again. Thank you all so much!”

“I had called the For an appointment and they scheduled me for the following day, when I showed up at the appropriate time the next day I was told they were busy. So they scheduled me for the day after, so two days after my Initial phone call I showed up. Immediately they had a plan of what they were going to do so I could get my inspection and they handled it very smoothly. I believe his name was Chez, or Chev (Sorry if I’m wrong) Took care of me very well was able to assess what had my engine light on and solve the problem within the day. I Have been there before, and Bobby treated me with respect, he attached one of my side mirrors that had came off from a recent accident with no pay and within minutes. At that point, I knew I wanted to keep coming back to these gentlemen. They are quick to fix many problems, and are very respectful. They will continue to get Business from me that is for sure. Thank you all there at Monroe in Riverside.”

“The mobile mechanic went above and beyond his knowledge and not to mention... these mobile mechanic businesses or any mobile business for that matter, are really stepping it up... this guy went into an unknown situation blindfolded not knowing what he was facing, truck needed a starter replacement, you think, starter, ehhhh no problem right? Of course not.but in the middle of the woods broke down on a logging trail.... no lift no jack just tools and in his back... kudos to the mechanic!!!! Yes I took care of him... paid the cost, and 60$ cash tip! Thanks again! Will definitely use them again.”
