This is the best usps location I have ever visited.
Staff here is so nice and helpful. They greet every guest. Brian was really helpful. I am so glad that I came to this location.

I have a forwarding on my mail to my new address and today is the 3rd time it is still being delivered to the old address in 10 days.I called and spoke to a supervisor named Kelvia and she said she will talk to the carrier which is what they told me the 2 other times. She said its all she can do and I said that is not working. I was getting upset and she said that she will hang up on me and refused to spell her name or give me the name of her supervisor. I filed a complaint with USPS because what they are doing with my mail is fraud.....

Quit claiming to be 24/7 self service doors are always locked wasting peoples time driving to the branch only to not be able to service myself. Remove the sign on the building and decal on the door as it is not true

This is a very good post office with knowledgeable and very friendly employees. The complaints I'm reading are from folks who don't realize that very shortly after you drop off your letter or package, it is then transferred to the possessing facility, then the local post office of its destination. Most likely, your package did not get lost here.

I don’t understand the “self service” they offer for 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Because 9 out of 10 times the door is locked and the “self service” area, and my PO Box is not accessible.What’s the point of offering self service 24 hrs a day if you’re just going to lock up. LOL.

Worst Post office ever. The way they talk to me like i am asking them for free passport. Especially the lady in the photo she very rude. I never expect to get very bad customer service from her. This is very ridiculous.
