Bill was recommended by a friend after someone hit my car and smashed the driver’s side door. Eight days after I left the car with him, the repair work was finished…and the car looked better than when I picked it up new. I don’t normally give top ratings because I feel that there is always room for improvement…but in this case, my interactions with Bill and the final result couldn’t be better.

Called Bill and arranged to bring my car in for estimate for some damage by another driver. He helped me with navigating through insurance. Made an appointment to drop off my car to get fixed. Bill contacted and arranged with the car rental company. My car was fixed very quickly and it looks perfect! It was also cleaned so well that I feel like I am driving a new car. The whole experience with Bill at the Body Shop made such an inconvenience of getting a car repaired so easy!!

I would like to take this time to let everyone know what a gentleman Bill is; I brought my car into him to get an estimate for a new bumper (the damage was not covered by my insurance policy, so it was completely out of pocket )
and he explained to me that he only deals with new original parts, and the part that I needed was very expensive and it didn't make sense for my 2001 Infiniti so he sent me to another body shop that does work with used parts; the shop he recommended did a great job and I was very happy; the bottom line is this : many many places once they realize that you're not a potential customer , they will not give you the time of day, but Bill was very gracious with his time and because of his honesty and his recommendation, my car is now fixed.
I would bet because of the way he carries himself that the workmanship of his shop is superb.

I had an amazing experience working with Bill. I am from California and I had parked my rental and came out to see my car had been hit. I found the body shop in a search and I am so grateful that I did! Not only did Bill provide exceptional service but he fixed the car in a quick and efficient manner.
Car looks as good as new! Big thanks to my new friend Bill for taking such good care! i definitely will recommend him to all my friends on the East Coast!

Very happy with Bill and his team at The Body Shop. My first time using this shop and I was really happy with the service and quality. My repair was out-of-pocket for me and Bill offered very fair pricing so I could repair my Audi Q5. In and out of their shop in 3 days. Couldn't be happier! Will use again and recommend to others.

BILL REMOVED YELLOW PAINT FROM MY SONS CAR THAT WAS SCRAPPED ONTO HIS DOOR PANEL FROM RUBBING AGAINST A POLE. HE DID THIS AT NO CHARGE EVEN THOUGH I OFFERED TO PAY HIM! THANKS BILL. I AM VERY GRATEFUL

Bill and his team did an outstanding job on my vehicle, I definitely recommend! My car was repaired within less than 72 hours, he put me in contact with Enterprise for a rental car and kept me updated with the status of my car. Bill was very accommodating and the entire process was seamless and enjoyable! If I ever need auto body work done again I will definitely be returning to The Body Shop.
