Made an appointment a month and a half in advance. Got there 10 minutes early, and I get a text to sign in. I was taken in two minutes before my appointment time. Knowledgeable staff got me in and out quickly. I asked if there was a co-pay, they said no. We'll see. Great review for quest at this location.

I have been here quite a few times and always have a good experience. If you make an appointment, you get taken in fairly quickly. Today I brought my son in and Melissa was great. She was so kind to him and put him at ease. It really made the experience so much better since he was very nervous. I definitely recommend this location. But definitely make an appointment!

Had an appointment at the Bethpage office today for my daughter, canceled it after walking in to the office & interacting with an extremely rude office rep. We then walked into the Seaford location and were welcomed with respect and friendliness, AKA professionalism. If you can avoid this Bethpage location, please do so. It's creepy, unsettling setup has no human beings greeting patients as they walk in. I was only able to interact with a human because an older gentleman knocked on the locked office door several times. When I walked over to ask a question, the exact response of a scowl faced curly haired blonde was, "What's up?" Boy, was she angry & agitiated that I had the nerve to bother her. I left right afterwards, didn't want anyone with that attitude interacting with my kid's healthcare. Canceled my Bethpage appointment in the car. Quest, do better. I sincerely hope this is not the future of healthcare, because if it is, we're all in trouble.

Great visit! Very little wait. Took me before my appointment time. Shantay (spelling?) was an angel. So patient, kind, and helpful! I had a problem taking a certain test and she suggested various ways to complete it. Took a while, but she had me come back in and luckiily the test was done!

The white lady was rude to me when I told her I didn’t bring my ID. Said “oh that’s what happens when you didn’t bring your ID,” even though I told her it was an honest mistake. Will never come back again

According to the tech who drew my blood formed me that Quest does not accept payment or authorization from the WTC-911 health fund. During her 15 years working at Quest, she never heard of this after I informed her that I had been going to Quest for 30 years AND that they had accepted WTC 9-11 payments in the past. I also informed her that I must file fraud charges against QUEST Labs if you use my private ins. It's called insurance shopping! Pick who pays fast to doctors and labs even tho I gave her a copy of the authorization to pay for their records.
Consider it an interest-free loan. If they charge my private insurance, I would have to work on getting it rectified. Free labor.

They want a credit card to pay for visit before they take you blood. I will find another place to get my blood work done.
