They were fabulous back when they were Sitron Hammel but since becoming Optum they are terrible - I cannot even get my records from them
So sad
After going to them for decades - I now will be looking for a new place

As an Optum patient, I went to Optum Radiology for a mammogram and sonogram last year. The service has been billed as an out-of-network provider because they are called Caremount Medical now and not in my Medicare network. I have been calling and emailing for almost a year with no resolution to this problem. If I ask for a call back, my phone rings once then disconnects. Have left very detailed information to customer service via email and have not received a response that addresses the issue. I will never return to this place. The most horrible patient relations imaginable. Would give zero stars if I could. Shame on them!

Cat scan was done on 8/25/23 as of 8/29/23 still not read by doctor. I find this very poor timing for results. Especially if it turned out to be an emergency. I do not recommend this place.

I had an MRI at this facility recently.
It was a great experience from all standpoints:
The facility is new, bright, clean and most important, the equipment is state-of the-art. I am a physician, and I find it reassuring that one doesn't have to worry that another radiology office might have better or newer equipment.
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and took me in promptly for the exam.
The tech who did my MRI, David , was excellent- he was professional and very skilled. He explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and put me at ease for the exam (for which I was rather nervous).
Overall, I highly recommend this office for it's excellent staff and state-of-the-art equipment.

This place is awesome. They are caring, prompt and very efficient. I usually get my results from my doctor before I get home from the exam. How great is that! This is the only place I go for MRIs!

Since Sitron Hammill became Optum it has turned in to a Nightmare!! Last three appointments a problem occurred each time Yesterday after a 2 hour wait (with a 7 hour fasting no food no water) I was informed the machine was down. If I hadn’t started asking what delay was I would never been informed and left waiting even longer. Will definitely Not be scheduling any more tests, screenings or procedure there

Absolutely horrific experience trying to schedule my yearly scans which one of my doctors wanted earlier this year. The incompetent, rude representative kept insisting I could not get my scans earlier than 1 year from the last one. I have a prescription AND my insurance pays wellness visits on a calendar year basis if it is a different year than the last AND my doctor wants it earlier (medically necessary). She was unprofessional, had no knowledge and did not care or listen. She was a true witch. IF this in any indication of the staff, I dodged a bullet.

Zero stars for this incompetent facility! Go elsewhere!!! They asked me to return for a follow to a mammogram then took 22 days to give me the results. I called several times trying to obtain the results and so did my doctor. My appointment was on November 17th and they didn't send the results until December 9th. Very unprofessional, incompetent, uncaring, and inconsiderate, to make someone wait so long.

If I could give zero stars I would. Last year I had a bit of a wait getting someone to answer the phone to make a mammography appt but I thought they were a little busy. I have been a patient of Sitron Hamel for 28 years and this year it's like pulling teeth to get an appt. You call and can't get through and are told they will put you in the que and you will get a call back. They never call back. Pro Health stinks. I will be taking my business to Zwanger Persiri where they treat a patient with respect..

Great facility and technicians, but the phone service is not working for this place. Waited on a call for an hour and 20 minutes, finally gave up and requested a call back. Not great for this facility. Not great at all.... very disappointing.
