We came to Dr. Zinnati as a recommendation from my mother in law. He is very nice and knowledgeable as well as his assistant. They are always so nice and welcoming.

I cannot say enough good things about the Doctor and all the staff working in this office. They were kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I was recommended by many people who have used them for years and I was not disappointed. Good people and a great veterinarian and amazing staff who were all wonderful and caring.

My 10 year old has been having a problem with her left front leg. Dr. Zinnanti has given her some pills and she's like our puppy again!

Refuses to see/treat any pit bulls or pit mixes. Pure discrimination of a breed that has extensive research and information available countering the breed’s current (erroneous) stigma. I’d expect a vet to know that there are no bad dogs or breeds, only bad owners. Pibble/pibble mix owners and lovers, this is NOT the vet clinic for you!Note: I read another review stating that this clinic also refused to see a Rottweiler, so looks like they discriminate against any of the “aggressive” breeds. No real vet discriminates against their patients based on breed.

We had 3 dogs. They were large and medium size dogs. They lived til 14, 12 & 16. Doctor and Mrs. Z. were very nice. They were crying with us when the last 16 yr old went over the bridge. They took care of them since they were puppies. Then we adopted a senior girl. She was 6 1/2 she's almost 10 now. Since covid Dr.Z. comes out to speak to me to ask me questions then steps out to tell me what he finds. We can no longer go in the office since it's tiny. He's a 1 man show. I inquired about when you want to be with your dog when they cross over the rainbow bridge and Mrs. Z. was kind enough to tell me about a vet that will come to you that they respect. I wish they knew this vet when my other 3 were alive. It is so impersonal in a doctor's office. I think Mrs. Z. is largely misunderstood. She's abrupt but very knowledgeable. They are a very busy office and they try to get to everyone. After sitting and watching how much she does and the way some people speak to the front desk people I'd say she does a great job and getting things right seems to be her priority. I'll give her a pass on the rough exterior. She always does the right thing for the animals. Dr. Z. Cares. He's a small business. He doesn't have a lot of advanced equipment and will often refer you elsewhere then send the animals files via fax ahead. He's reasonably priced and will not insist on unnecessary treatments. We like them a lot.

I lost my dog in February and Dr Z was his vet for 14 years of his 16 years of life. My dog never had major health issues thru the years but at the end of my dog's life sadly no compassion from this office at all. I am so surprised. I called about the cremation and they gave me the info and took my dog there but basically dropping him off until I asked if I can spend a few mins with him. They said ok to that but when I asked where the Dr was so I can see him, they said he wasn't there. This was a Saturday and I was in between appointments as they call you in one by one from the car. I knew he was there and we ALL know the him and his rushy wife (everyone knows how she can be) LIVE there. Anyway, when it came time to pick up his ashes, his wife was rushing again for me to pay sign here etc. I again asked if Dr. Z was there and again was told no he was not. After leaving and driving off upset, I called the office and the younger girl answered and I told her how I felt about my experience and even after that no return phone call to say he was sorry about my loss. And for that, i would never recommend them. Zero compassion at a very emotional time. Tricia Gonzalez

Do not go here please for your animals sake. I’ve brought two of my dogs there and they both got sick after receiving treatment there. The vets are all rude and have zero compassion for pets. They are very unprofessional and just want money. There was this one female vet that was so mean and rude for absolutely no reason and I forget her name because she’s honestly forgettable. I will never take my pets there ever again.

I started bringing my Yorkiepoo here when she was a puppy. Always a great experience. Helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I could not be happier with Dr. Z.

Honestly wish I could leave Zero stars. I’ve had 4 dogs over my 20 years of life go to this veterinarian. I can confidently tell you, all of dogs issues were never actually resolved. I’ve had a dog who we’ve brought to him for years, after years and years of medicines that were not effective, instead of searching for other options, my dog is now deaf. Also, when it’s time to put down a pet, who we all view as more than pets, I’d expect to be allowed in the room with my dog for the last time I get to see them. I was told I was not allowed to be in the room with my dog, as we would have to hand her over to the vet and allow him to do “his good deed”, or in my opinion, allow him to make his money, no sincerity, sympathy or empathy whatsoever felt at this vet. After all this time I’m tired of not leaving a review of how I honestly feel of this practice.

They're fine for really basic basic stuff like vaccinations. Other than than, seek elsewhere.
