had table shipped from VA. to Old Dominion hub in Bethpage; dropped off table today (11.1.22). driver helped me load it into the car. efficient, pleasant and great service.

Went there to pickup for customer delivery .dealt with Frank wonderful person very dedicated.But one of the drivers and you know Frank who I mean was totally unprofessionally and was so unruly that he. Got in my face without a mask like 4 inches from my face I had to push him away. That's the first time in all 27 years in business that I had to physically move someone away from me. I will never again go there and I will not recomend recommend using old dominion . This was all over a drivers license for processing .

I work here and it's been a great journey. Must have forklift experience or you will have a hard time learning in such a fast pace environment. They are an expensive freight but your items will be brought to you in a timely and pristine condition.

For drivers. This is the LIS terminal. A smaller yard on the one side but plenty of room on the other. Ask where they want the trailers if the terminal is operating. Otherwise, along the fence. Look for the Ghostbusters car on the way in or out.

You might want to teach your customer service reps proper phone etiquette. There's no need to talk down to a person when they've been trying to schedule a delivery & to be told I haven't called when I did is alittle annoying.

Old Dominion is the freight forwarding company that contracted with U-Pack. They were great delivering our truck when needed, and picking it up as well. They were able to accommodate our schedules each time - upon drop off, they did it in the evening, so it wasn't so bad for us. They parked it in a location that was unobtrusive to others, and showed us how to use the truck as well. The truck was clean, came well equipped with a folding ramp (with treads), as well as a hand cart. The beam system inside the truck was very awesome and unique. It held our stuff together quite well. On top of that, they provided straps that locked into the walls (same type of clasp system as the beams). our overall experience was great! Their customer service was top notch! they returned our calls when we couldn't get a hold of them, and even accommodated us in the morning by picking up the truck first thing in the morning. (they said they start at 7am, and we had a guy calling us at 715 to come to pick up the truck). The drive down must have been great, as my items in the truck did not get rattled around at all! When unpacking the truck, everything was still in its relative spots with very little shifting. I commend their drivers for this, as I've seen other drivers deliver furniture, and it looks like they were in a derby. They are a well respected company, and they do a great job as a freight forwarder.

First class operation. Had a great experience shipping a new fiberglass kayak. Debbie in the Bethpage, NY office was exceptional. Chose to pickup at the loading dock, place is clean, neat, very orderly and everyone was very nice and helpful. My shipment was fragile and they handled it with great care, it arrived in perfect condition. Great company!
