Don’t bother trying to do drop off unless you print a label at home. They can’t print labels on site, they don’t have FedEx supplies so if you didn’t already come with a box, you have to buy one of their overpriced, generic padded, envelopes or boxes, but the place is listed as FedEx on site not FedEx drop off only. Absolutely worthless and the Walgreen folks are no help, don’t know how to work the system and make excuses for why the location is listed the way it is

They provide poor tracking, can’t speak with a representative on customer service, delivery’s are not placed in the mailroom or brought to our apartment.

I dropped off a labeled and taped box. They scanned it and I got a confirmation email 5 seconds later. The whole thing took 2 minutes. Very good.

I brought my packages to Walgreens fenix location as directed not taped no label as it says they will Box it and label it and I was turn down and told that they do not Box and label it you must have the package ready to go I had to take my packages back how annoying
