I have been liking around Long Island for a place that really clean the car well and this is it! My first time being here and had a great experience. Car is cleaned well and the workings definitely took their time to ensure most spots are not missed. I am definitely coming back for future cleaning.

Went to this car wash after seeing Sal the voice give them a shout out and honestly idk if i would go back.
$82 dollars with the tip
To come home and 2 hours later find water marks everywhere
Chemical's still on the inside of my windshield (looks like shiner they used on The dash board)
Towel Streak marks on the front bumper
And towel streaks on the inside of the car rear window.
Rims where not wiped clean on the inside
my car is brand new 2024 , paint is brand new
Thought it would leave this place looking
Phenomenal due to all the reviews I guess I caught them on a bad day not too busy either so I'm not sure what went wrong. Was excited to go here drove 15-20 mins to the location. Besides that i wish this business all the best and hope this review is not taken the wrong way but to help the managers make sure quality control is always top tier.

Paid $35 for a car just for it to still be dirty. White mark still on my dash. And door handle with spots on it. AND the workers stole almost all of my quarters … I keep $3 in my console they left me $1. Regrets on tipping them. I will never come back here.

Iv generally had good experiences here except there is no question that the materials used in their wash operation (especially the brooms) leave deep scratches in the paint. I know this because my car was new with no swirls or scratches and is now covered in them after coming here a number of times. Hence why I have been looking for a hand wash solution near Plainview but no dice.

Excellent. I live in Plainview and drive to Bethpage, skipping closer locations. Have always been happy with the way my car came out and their buy 8, get 12 washes is a decent deal.
More importantly, just had my wife's car detailed and they did an absolutely beautiful job. 50k miles so it needed it, but I just don't have the time to wax a car myself anymore. There were few spots of road-tar on the car that I forgot to point out and their guy removed all of them. Some scratches from fingernails and probably my wife's rings near the door handles, especially driver's side: also worked out. I am impressed. I brought it in on a rainy day and I think this was good for me: they were less hectic and maybe had more time to focus on it. Coordinating ahead of time probably also worked in my favor.

A great experience. Friendly workers did a great job cleaning my car. It was a pretty fast visit as well. Overall, I would recommend the Cottage Car Wash for everyone to consider.

Purchased a pre owned car that smelt like smoke (pretty bad too) tried just about everything. Upon getting the car washed I decided to inquire about an interior detail to help rid the smell of smoke. Younger guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and prices were beyond fair (even though the dealer is picking up the bill).
Dropped off the truck the next day and was there for roughly 3-4 hours. When I picked up the truck not only was the smell gone, but the entire truck looked amazing. They were nice enough to run it through for an exterior wash before starting the interior. My wife and I are so happy with the job they've done and can't recommend Cottage enough.

This place provides free car washes for my workplace which is so kind of them. And employees of said company also get a discount with our personal vehicles. Funny sign in waiting area.

The best carwash I’ve ever gotten!! I’m new to the area & didn’t want to drive to the carwash I’m used to, but I’m glad I chose this place!! They take their time & same price as my usual one. I AM SATISFIED
