Ordered online a few items I needed same day. Website said “in stock” and confirmed available for same day pickup on multiple check out screens. Then I wait and wait all day only to be told Not in stock. Just beware when ordering call and check ahead because their system is not accurate at all.

This is a nice hardware store that has good quality merchandise for a reasonable price. Merchandise doesn't seem to be mass produced like their bigger competitor stores. I was looking for gardening supplies, particularly the hanging containers used on rails. I found them, just not in the color I wanted (I needed black and they had it in white). But I definitely will be checking this place out more often.

Painting supplies! Christmas-smelling soaps/detergents! Cinnamon pinecones! Oh my!They had all our paint brush/roller needs and I was also able to throw in a few things we maybe didn't necessarily need, but they were Christmasy and that's ok

The best Ace Hardware in the area.Well stocked shelves.You can rely on Bethpage Ace Hardware to have the item you need, without the hassle of driving to one of the big box chains.And a knowledgeable staff member is always ready to help you when you have questions about an item or your specific repair project.I wish I could remember the name of the staff member in the electrical section, he has been especially helpful on more than one occasion.Also, I especially like the order on line and pick up in store service to save time.Shop Ace, Shop local.

So much better than the big box stores. I suppose if you're a contractor, Lowes or Home Depot bring more to the table, but for me, Ace has everything I need... and friendly help, which is hard to find in those warehouses.
