This was my second time reserving a rental. The process was easy, Darlene was courteous and friendly and guided us through the operations of the van, after that it was smooth sailing . Awesome new van and gave my 90 year old mom a comfortable ride. Thanks a million my mom was so happy she could attend the event at Verdi's in LI.

BUSSANI MOBILITY, OPENED UP A NEW WORLD FOR ME! I am Senior Citizen who has C.O.P.D. and has to be on oxygen 24/7. For two years I have been speaking to Carl, a staff member @ Bussani Mobility in Bethpage NY, about the Bruno Joey, a platform lift for my mobility scooter. Bussani is an authorized dealer for the Bruno "JOEY" and more mobility products. I have a take apart mobility scooter that I kept in the trunk of my car. When I first bought the scooter, it was okay to use it that way, BUT, as my C.O.P.D. progressed, I found it harder and harder, to put together then take apart the scooter, and to put it in and out of my car. All the bending down, was doing a number on my lungs even when using oxygen. My wife ended up doing all the work, that was not good, she is a Senior Citizen too! As my condition worsen, and I was not able to walk as far as I used to, I found ourselves going out LESS and LESS. Any place I went, my first thought was always, from the car, how far is it to where I have to go? That is NO WAY to live! What I love about Carl is, he feels more like a friend to me than just a salesmen trying to sell me something! In all our talks in over two years, he was NEVER pushy as some sales people are, Carl always answered my questions, had suggestions for me and every now and then sent me an email to say hello, to find out how I am doing? As this Covid19 crisis is hopefully ending, and as the country is starting to open up again, my wife and I both having our two vaccinations shots each, I started thinking of the "JOEY" once more. I wanted to GET OUT n go! Carl told me the "JOEY " could only fit in certain vehicles. One was the Dodge Grand Caravan, more affordable than a Chrysler Pacifica, Toyota Sienna, or the Honda Odyssey. I found a 2019 Grand Caravan with very low mileage, I was very lucky, for sure. I called Carl, told him I bought the minivan and to order the "JOEY" for me. Today Carl called me to say the Bruno "JOEY " was installed a day ahead of schedule! My wife and I was so happy to hear, it's ready to come home! When we got to Bussani, Carl took the time to explained EVERYTHING on how to use the "JOEY" platform lift. And told me he was only a phone call away if I had any questions! Anyone who reads this review and is in need of a mobility product to make your life easier, I urge you to call the Busanni Mobility Team in Bethpage NY, they also have other locations too. Bussani did a great job, we are more than happy, with our NEW FREEDOM to get around and GO! Bussani Mobility and Dan Walsh are the best!! Customer service is amazing! We were having trouble with our Honda Odyssey and brought it Honda to repair the Apple Car Play. Honda could not fix it and got in touch with Bussani. Bussani picked up the vehicle from Honda, repaired it and delivered it to our house! These days that is unheard of!! I recommend Bussani Mobility to anyone who requires their services. They are kind and caring and understand how difficult it is to navigate these situations when you are disabled. They are incredible to work with!!

Bussani Mobility Team has done really great work with my family's vehicles. In addition to doing great work, the management team at Bussani comprise of upstanding and honorable professionals. One time, I had a miscommunication with the staff at Bussani regarding the work performed on my car and the staff worked tirelessly to resolve our dispute. I feel good knowing that there are business professionals in this world who do the right thing and truly care about their customers!

OK, if I wasn't already a fan of Dan Bussani of The Bussani Mobility Team, I am an over the top fan now! In a world where we're all too quick to spread negative info or bad news, I'd like to share how cool this experience was... Our hometown of Seaford came together and with the help of friends, family and friends of friends raised the $$ to buy our dear Seaford friend Joan Greenspan a wheelchair accessible, hand controlled van to give her back the freedom that MS robbed her of... A family we all know from Seaford recommended Dan Bussani, and their word is golden, so right to Bussani we went...Dan even opened the place for us to have a "Joan's Got Her Life Back" drive away celebration! Well, I want you to know that there were a few issues that popped up with the van that could have become big issues financially and safety wise...One call to Dan Bussani stopped that from happening... He said he would handle it, and just as I knew he would and felt no need to even ask what that meant, he was true to his word and went above and beyond, again!Joan drove away safely and happily...They say integrity is what you do when no one else is around to know you did it... Well, Dan and Team, your integrity is admirable and appreciated so much!

I would like to commend Dan Bussani on everything he did to make things right for my 93-year-old Dad. My dad was beside himself, when after two months of purchasing a disability van from Bussani Mobility, my disabled Mom passed away. My Dad no longer had any use for the van and returned to Bussani Mobility in hopes they would purchase it back from him. Needless to say, that did not work out the way he thought. He was offered less than half of what he paid, which he was not ready to accept. A few months later, Dan Bussani reached out to us and was willing to take the van back and sell it for us. He apologized for what we had gone through and wanted to try to rectify the situation. Well, he did just that! He was able to sell the van for more than my Dad was offered back in January, and even delivered the check to my Dad personally. We appreciate Dan's professionalism and his dedication to going above and beyond to rectify the situation. We would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking to purchase a disability van in the future. Thanks again Dan!!

Jimmy Kellett from the Westchester office met us at the Bethpage location and helped us purchase an accessible van for my parents. He was extremely helpful and so nice, and we are thrilled with our purchase. My family is very grateful to Jimmy and the team at Bussani.
