This was my second time reserving a rental. The process was easy, Darlene was courteous and friendly and guided us through the operations of the van, after that it was smooth sailing . This company is awesome. Our Mobility Specialist was Jordan and made this whole experience so easy. He was extremely knowledgeable and very understanding.
