Apple Bank in Bethpage NY has earned it stars! We visited there today and sat with Claudia. We have already worked with Virginia. Both are exceptional.… very personable and knowledgeable. The Manager Suni was a pleasant surprise. She sat with customers and was quick to handle any problems that arose anywhere in the bank. It is very rare to find that nowadays, especially in management. It’s a pleasure to work with this bank.

Very nice location. Small, clean, well lighted interior. Drive through lanes available. Never have to wait very long to be helped by the regular staff, all of whom are friendly and eager to please. Plenty of parking out front.

Amazing experience and location to bank... my go to favorite associate is AVP, Giuseppe Gallizzi. He goes above and beyond and ensures to do it the right way and provides excellent guidance for all customers. Hope he becomes a Branch Manager someday.

Diane the Operation Supervisor of the Bethpage location needs to be trained on being Tactful with long time banking customers . Diane is Rude , confrontational and will dismiss / negate comments of truth. Will not listen to the customer and made the visit unbearable. An intervention of her approach towards customers needs to be implemented forthwith!

We have been so pleased to be clients of Apple Bank (Bethpage location). Everybody there is friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.This is a shout out especially for Ginny McDonald (Assistant VP/Assistant Mgr) who has always been our "rock". She knows EVERYTHING and is always willing to go the extra mile. She is a very calming presence when we need it! The best banker ever!
