Apple Bank in Bethpage NY has earned it stars! We visited there today and sat with Claudia. We have already worked with Virginia. Both are exceptional.… very personable and knowledgeable. The Manager Suni was a pleasant surprise. She sat with customers and was quick to handle any problems that arose anywhere in the bank. It is very rare to find that nowadays, especially in management. It’s a pleasure to work with this bank.

Very nice location. Small, clean, well lighted interior. Drive through lanes available. Never have to wait very long to be helped by the regular staff, all of whom are friendly and eager to please. Plenty of parking out front.

Amazing experience and location to bank... my go to favorite associate is AVP, Giuseppe Gallizzi. He goes above and beyond and ensures to do it the right way and provides excellent guidance for all customers. Hope he becomes a Branch Manager someday.

We been going to this branch for 20 years and been extremely happy with the service there provided from Mrs Antoinette Marino.Customer service supervisor, Mrs Marino goes above and beyond to help us with anything we need to do at this bank takes her time always with a beautiful smile,and I want to take this opportunity to thank her very much for all she does with helping us.I am telling all my friends and family how wonderful this lady in the bank is and to go there at Apple bank ,she deserves a round of applause

Diane the Operation Supervisor of the Bethpage location needs to be trained on being Tactful with long time banking customers . Diane is Rude , confrontational and will dismiss / negate comments of truth. Will not listen to the customer and made the visit unbearable. An intervention of her approach towards customers needs to be implemented forthwith!

We have been so pleased to be clients of Apple Bank (Bethpage location). Everybody there is friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.This is a shout out especially for Ginny McDonald (Assistant VP/Assistant Mgr) who has always been our "rock". She knows EVERYTHING and is always willing to go the extra mile. She is a very calming presence when we need it! The best banker ever!

We recently completed a second transaction at Apple in Bethpage. As with the first, we are extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy and knowledge exhibited by Ms Joseph and her staff. Ms Joseph took all the time necessary to explain the transaction and answer any questions we had. She even explained future potential scenarios which will enable us to make intelligent decisions going forward.The branch is accessible by phone. This is far better than getting a call center and speaking with an "unknown". When calling Apple, you speak with a person at the branch who identifies themself, listens to your inquiry and either answers you or gets someone who can. Quite refreshing...We greatly appreciate the level of service we have received. Clearly there is a culture in this branch (and probably other Apple branches) where customer service is truly the number one priority. Again, really quite refreshing...Thank you Ms Joseph, Diane and the rest of the Apple team. We will see you soon.Charles and Laura Spoto

This Bank has caused me a lot of grief and lost funds. I went there because I saw an interest rate better than other nearby banks advertised. I went to open an IRA. While there, they told me by the way, that mid term they will take out a certain amount of money from my account. I let it be. My account matured Sept 21, 2021. I called twice to ask them to transfer the funds. Incidentally, they said that firstly they will need to take out a sum of money for closing the account with them. Every week I called the new institution to ask if they got the funds. They did not send it out until Nov. 5th! I lost out on a great offer and a great deal of money.
